"Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit'? yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.'"
James 4:13-15 (ESV)
Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the LORD that will stand.
Proverbs 19:21 (ESV)
Vision Statement:
We want to see God fulfill His desire to make us a people that are truly satisfied with all that He is for us is in Christ Jesus. We envision a church that longs to express and live the joy of knowing God and declaring His glory, so that every adult and child influenced by our people and our ministry are inspired to see, savor and treasure our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Vision: We want to see a joyful congregation strengthened and stabilized on a foundation of biblical doctrine that has been laid by expositional teaching and preaching.
Stages for Growth and Expansion
For planning purposes we have defined four stages for growth and facility expansion
Stage One - As we reach 150 to 160 regular attendees we will prayerfully consider going to two services.
Stage Two - When we have over 200 in attendance our hope is to have the financial means to build a new church facility to hold 400 to 500 people. Our future facilities will be attractive and functional without being opulent.
Stage Three - As we approach 200 to 300 in attendance we will start making plans to plant another church in our city.
Stage Four - Over time we would like to see two additional churches planted along the Front Range in cooperation with our sister congregation (our previous church plant).
